DJ Cleo is Gay; Says Kelly Khumalo

Over my dead body; I can go out with DJ Cleo, moreover he is Gay”. This was revealed by Afro-pop singer Kelly Khumalo In a hot interview with Ukhozi FM’s 3-6pm’s Ziyakhipha drive home show last night (23-04-2007). Khumalo was responding to the allegations that he is not in speaking terms with his business partner and potential husband Prosper Mkwaiwa. Mkwaiwa is accusing Khumalo of dating DJ Cleo and he suspects they had a “thing” while on trip in Mozambique. In an argument Khumalo further confirmed her allegations as they debated the issue live on air. “DJ Cleo should face the stigma of being a Gay, he can’t deny it coz I even know the name of his gay partner”. Cleophelous Manyane was angry in way that he dropped the phone in the middle of the confrontation. Before he hangs up Cleo advised Kelly to grow up and be responsible for her accusations and he (Cleo) will deal with her (Kelly) in his own way. The self acclaimed Virgin is no stranger to controversy. She broke-up with Speedy earlier last year in a period of less than two months she got (engaged) to boyfriend, actor Nathi Ndlovu. Their romance though didn't last as they soon called it quits after the last year’s South African Music Awards (SAMA). It is still unknown what changed Ndlovu’s mind, but rumors based on fallacy states, ndlovu was pissed off when two of her previous lovers emerged to deny her 'virgin' status soon after they announced their engagement.
